A consecrated item is believed to carry intentional spiritual energy aligned with its deity symbolism or purpose — such as protection, abundance, or wisdom. At Astral Gateway, we select items that have been prepared with care and respect for their spiritual tradition.

How do I choose the right amulet?

Choosing a spiritual item is a personal and intuitive process. We recommend reading the description of each item carefully, including the deity symbolism, traditional purpose, and use guidance. Consider what you are seeking — protection, clarity, abundance, healing, or obstacle clearing — and allow yourself to be drawn to what resonates. Are spiritual results guaranteed?

No. Our products and readings are offered for spiritual, cultural, symbolic, and personal reflection purposes only. Results are not guaranteed. Spiritual tools are best understood as companions for intention, mindfulness, and personal growth — not as replacements for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier conditions. Tracking information will be provided where available.

How are destiny readings delivered?

Personalized destiny readings — including BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Tie Ban Shen Suan, and Oracle Reading — are delivered digitally by email or message after your order is confirmed and your reading has been prepared. No physical item is shipped for reading services.

What birth information do I need for BaZi or Zi Wei Dou Shu?

For BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu readings, please provide your full birth date, birth time (as accurate as possible — this is important for chart accuracy), and birthplace. If your birth time is unknown, please let us know and we will advise on the best approach.

Can I return a sacred item?

Consecrated, custom-prepared, or sealed spiritual items may be considered final sale due to their sacred and personal nature. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve the matter. Please read our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
